I am writing to express my interest in a master project or an internship ina food company. I am pursuing my third year of higher education at INSFA, an institution which trains students in the field of Food Science and Management. I am actually doing an internship in the food company “Saveur” (subsidiary of Savena Group, which formulates, develops and produces culinary solutions that go into the finished products of food industry manufacturers) where I am able to discover the company work and to obtain thorough work method.
Within the context of my studies, I am afforded the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in a foreign company between August and December 2011. I am really interested in your country. During my studies I was in charge of original projects in team, I am conscientious, optimistic and dynamic. I have a good knowledge of Research & Development and Quality department however I would be delighted to consider all possible offers.

September 2008 - 2013: Third year of higher at the I.N.S.F.A (Institut National Supérieur de Formation Agroalimentaire) at AGROCAMPUS OUEST, Rennes 35000 FRANCE. Top ranking University, faculty of Food Science and Management. A five-year qualification to obtain a Master Food Science and Management.
June 2008: Obtained the Baccalauréat (National French high school diploma) at Lycée Estournelles de Constant, La Flèche (72). Major in Sciences, concentration in Biology and Chemistry. With honours.
Professional experience
September 2010 – February 2011: A six-month internship at Saveur in the Research and Development department. I am in charge of the update of the computer software of the group Savena and I help the team to reference new ingredients.
Summer 2010, July 2009, Summer 2009: Job in the farm-produce industry society LDC, specialized in poultry.
July 2009: Internship at Mullingar Equestrian Center (one of the main equestrian center in Ireland), in teaching lessons and
working with horses, for language improvement.
2008: Training course on a farm for two weeks (with cows, poultry and vegetable-growing) in Sarthe.
Summer 2007: Seasonal job as a shop assistant (icecream, popcorn, drink ...) in La Flèche zoo (first zoo in Europe).
